About PotatoPlayer
PotatoPlayer is a growing collection of original, curated browser games. Every game is built and tuned in-house to load fast and play instantly, so the name is a promise: these are games even a potato of a machine can run. There is nothing to download and no launcher to install — open a game and you are playing.
Original and curated
The library is first-party. We design and build the games ourselves rather than embedding or reposting other people's content, and we keep the catalog curated: each game ships with a short description, a category, and tips so you know what you are getting into. New titles are added and existing ones are updated over time, so the lineup keeps growing.
Built for quick sessions
Most PotatoPlayer games are made for short bursts of play — a couple of minutes between tasks or a few quick rounds when you have a moment. Some, like our real-time strategy and card games, offer a bit more depth for a longer sitting. To make that easy to navigate, the games library can be sorted by Tier, which leads with our biggest and most-developed games, or by Category to browse by genre such as Arcade, Card Games, Puzzle, Strategy, and Experimental.
Accounts, cloud saves, and supporters
You can play most games with no account at all. Creating a free account unlocks extras where they make sense — cloud saves that carry your progress and best scores between devices, and multiplayer or showcase features on the games that support them.
Supporters help keep PotatoPlayer running and get a few thank-you perks on top, including an ad-free experience, extra save slots, and early access to experimental games while they are still being refined. Supporter status is reflected on your account page.
