Privacy Policy
Privacy at PotatoPlayer
PotatoPlayer is a simple browser-game site. This policy explains what information may be collected when you visit the site, play games, click sponsor links, or see ads on game pages.
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Information we collect
PotatoPlayer does not currently offer user accounts, subscriptions, saved games, or login features. The main website is designed to be lightweight and does not ask you to submit personal information.
Like most websites, hosting providers and basic server logs may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is generally used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and basic site operation.
Advertising on game pages
Some game pages may include third-party advertising to help keep PotatoPlayer online. These ads may be provided by Monetag or another ad provider in the future. Ad providers may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, browser information, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and improve ads.
PotatoPlayer tries to keep advertising reasonable and avoid popups, spammy overlays, or ads that get in the way of playing. If an ad provider offers its own privacy choices or opt-out tools, those choices are controlled by that provider.
Sponsor and outbound links
PotatoPlayer may include sponsor links, such as the current link to Didi’s Cookbook. If you click a sponsor or external link, you will leave PotatoPlayer and the destination website’s own privacy policy will apply.
Cookies and similar technologies
The PotatoPlayer homepage does not currently use its own cookie banner because it does not currently provide accounts, analytics dashboards, or personalized features. Third-party ad providers on game pages may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and settings.
Future account or subscription features
PotatoPlayer may add optional subscription, ad-free, or saved-game features in the future. If those features are added, this policy should be updated before launch to explain what account, payment, or save data is collected and how it is used.
Children’s privacy
PotatoPlayer is a general-audience browser-game website and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If future features collect account or payment information, additional age and privacy controls may be needed.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the site grows, ad providers change, or new features are added. The date above will be updated when meaningful changes are made.
